Are you wanting a completely blank Family Group Sheet?

Or, are you wanting a Family Group Sheet with Event and Fact fields, but just no Note fields?

Hi Deb, I would like to print out the Family Group sheet with event and fact fields but just no Note fields.

Mary KayHi Mary Kay,

The Notes fields can be de-selected in Family Group layout window.

I would recommend that you create a new layout and call it "No Notes," or something similar. Then, simply de-select all Notes fields in that new layout. Please follow these steps in doing so...

1. Open your family file to the proper person and choose Create -> Family Group Sheet.

2. Select Define Layouts from the Layout pop-up menu and click the Add Layout button to create a new layout.

3. Name that new layout “No Notes” or something similar to that.

4. Then, select "Person Fields" under Settings and uncheck all Notes fields in the right column.

5. Make any other adjustments you want to the new layout and click "Save." (Then, you should see your new layout selected in the Layout pop-up menu.)

6. Finally, proceed with the report as you normally would.

Additional information on how to adjust the layout of a report (or chart) can be found in your manual by searching for "define layout." (To access the manual, choose Help -> Search the Manual or click on the Manual button on your toolbar.)

I hope you find this information helpful:-)
