I was wondering, is there a way to replace the start-up picture (let's call it "The Leister Family") when Reunion starts? I'd love to replace it with a picture of my own! Michel in Cape Town

…is there a way to replace the start-up picture (let's call it "The Leister Family") when Reunion starts? I'd love to replace it with a picture of my own!Two thoughts on that:

(1) I'm taking it that you are referring to the "About Reunion" "splash screen" that appears when you launch Reunion directly from the application—and which is pretty quickly replaced by the Open dialogue window. IMHO, that's copyrighted/trademarked/or whatever by Leister Productions and while I don't doubt there's a way to hack a change to it, I wouldn't think it appropriate to do so.

(2) I'd suggest a more efficient way to open your Family File—and one which by-passes the display of the "About Reunion" and the Open dialogue—is to do so by using your Family File(s). If you are using OS X, put your Family File(s) on its Dock so a single click there will take you directly to the Home Card of that Family File; if using OS 8.5-9.22, use an entry(ies) of your Family File(s) in the Launcher or alias(es) on your Desktop (which will take a double-click).
