Is there a way to detect "orphaned" family records that are no longer linked to the main family tree?

First step is to Find>Presets>Unlinked People, which will find all person records that are not linked to everybody.

The next step is pick a key family card for your tree. Navigate to that card and Change>Mark Groups>People Linked to the family card>Unmark everybody first

Now all unmarked persons are not linked to your key family. If these persons are not found in step 1, you use Mark Groups to find how they are interrelated.
