You might try Google Translation (http://translate.google.com/). However, as with all automatic translation devices, the result might be somewhat awkward at times.

I use Systran and Worldlingo. As has been mentioned the results can be weird: I only use it to get an idea of something in English or from English into French which I speak well enough to check [and at least its spelling and use of accents is better than mine!].
