Just got done following the live blog for the iPhone developer's event at Apple this morning. Version 3.0 will be released sometime this summer. It will have the much desired copy/cut/paste features, real "push" technology, much improved sharing features. One will be able to do email in landscape and that is much appreciated by guys with big fingers like yours truly. A list of the new stuff would be long. So, go to your favorite Mac news site to learn more. :)

Bob, you have big fingers and I have long fingernails. I wish we could use a fingernail or a pencil tip or pencil eraser. (I just corrected 3 typos due to my nails, I must get the clippers out!)

It is especially difficult when trying to type the letters, even in the horizontal format.

I have had the same problem learning to use my finger to type. I haven't tried this, but here is a stylus that you might try:

I found this referenced in a recent online by Walt Mossberg article of the Wall Street Journal.

Thanks Warren, I just ordered a red stylus and clips. And I cut my fingernails so I'm not making so many mistakes on my iMac keyboard.

Janet -

I am eagerly waiting to hear your reaction to using a stylus. It sounds like something I might be interested in as well.

Cheers,
Helen

Helen,

I'll let you know as soon as I've tried it. I should get it in a few days. I'm trying to download a free Solitaire game and it would be useful for that.

Things are better now that I have cut my fingernails but I don't think playing a card game wouldn't be much fun until I get the stylus.
