I think that most everyone wants to do this at some time...
I have a person that I want to create a report of her direct line ancestors. I know that I can create a Register report if I pick one line to start from, but I want to show the different family names, similar to an Anefetul but a family history or register format, Is this possible?

You can define the fields which are included on an Ahnentafel report to include things like notes and so on. Under "Create >> Ahnentafel," look at "layouts," and used "define layouts" to customize the report however you'd like.
