I was trying to add more than one note to a family card, and somehow all the information that's a family card (all people in file affected) has disappeared. How do I get this information back on the family card? I am using Reunion 8.

Open your Family File and click the View icon in the icon-bar at the top of the Family Card. Then, in the list that appears, click "Default" - does the information re-appear?

One explanation could be that you have not defined the new notes field to be included in the family card view. To add a new notes field to the view, go to Reunion Preferences > Views. Then click on the "add field" selector in the middle section of the window and select the field to be added to the view display.
Another explanation (more complicated) is regarding the special case where you have added a second note occurrence that has the same note name as a previous note, such as two "misc notes" fields or two "biography" fields. In this case Reunion will only show on the family card the first occurrence of the field. (The data for the 2nd occurrence is still there and it should appear in reports, but only the first occurrence will be displayed in the family card view.) So it would be a better choice to either (i) move the additional note information into the first occurrence of the note so it will all appear together as a single note, or (ii) create a different kinds of note fields to hold different kinds of notes information, such as obituary, biography, census, military, etc.
