Printing notes and memos

I can't find any instructions on how to produce a report or chart that includes notes and memos. Examples of what I put in notes or memos: notation that someone later remarried into another family; notation that this is someone's second marriage.

Would appreciate any help. I use Reunion 8.

To include notes or memo fields in a report, select "define layouts" from the layout popup list in the Create Report window. The notes selection option appears under person/spouse/family fields settings. The memos selection option appears under miscellaneous settings. For additional information about the Define Layouts function, type define layout into the manual's search box.

However I see no way to automatically add notes/memos to charts. But generally these tend to be too verbose to put into chart boxes anyway. However, you can manually enter text into any boxes on your chart after the fact by double-clicking on a box and then editing it yourself.
