Making lists

I am trying to make a report with names I have checked. The purpose of this is to bring this list to the archive where I can find information. When I try to make a report out of the index the entire index come out. Since I have close to 30,000 names this is absolutely not practical. Is there a way to have a report with only the chosen names?

Mark whatever names it is in the index or family file by whatever means works to find those you want in a list.

Then do a Find Anything (Command A in Reunion 8) and set the criteria to

Attributes - Card is Marked - Yes

and do the Search.

The resulting window will be only those cards you marked. Set the columns to be those columns you need in the list and then click the Report button at the bottom of that window.
