The "feasibility" kept coming up when I added children so I turned it off now I have people who are over 300 years old.

It's not clear when the warning was appearing or where you're seeing people who are 300 years old.

For the latter, assuming it's on the family card, take a trip to Preferences -> Dates -> Feasibility Checking, and check the 'Living age' is set to something sensible, like 110.

The warning is appearing randomly when I enter children. Sometimes it shows they were born after parents marriage, sometimes born before mother/father were 12. I checked and none of these warnings were correct.
As far as the age thing, I went to an ancestor who was born in 1639 and had no death date. When shown in the children display the age was 367. I went to the Feasibility preference and the living age is 103. It seems to be an error in the children's age display.

I have had the feasibility check warn me a few times because a child was born before his/her SIBLING was 12 years of age. In my experience with version 9 so far, the feasibility testing is giving correct information, just not relevant information at times.
