Hi
I'm very close to buying Reunion, after having poured over the Forum, but have one question.
I plan on upgrading to Leopard when it's released later this Spring.
Will Reunion be compatible? Or is it too soon to ask?
thanks
Robin

Yes, too soon to ask, HOWEVER, there is no reason it won't be compatable. What possibly could prevent Reunion from being able to work flawlessly? Leopard will be an update, not an entirely new OS. :)

Depends how you define "entirely new OS". One can expect Leopard to be as different from Tiger as Tiger was from Panther. In other words, it's a major upgrade, and it will probably break some applications. My suspicion, however, is that Reunion will not be among them.

Speaking of which: Who's going to take the plunge right away?

I, for one, absolutely will! I won't be able to stand it: not having the latest & greatest. Gotten in trouble that way, a few times, but mostly have been quite satisfied.

You may have touched upon the reason, or at least a reason, why Reunion 9 has not yet been released.

One of the benefits of using Reunion is that it works so well and without a lot of conflicts with the OS.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Reunion 9 will be released shortly after it has been determined that it will work flawlessly with Leopard.
