Printing the index

It would be convenient for me to print the index of my file. I've reviewed the manual, but didn't see a way to do this. Can this be done? I really appreciate the excellent help offered here.

The Report button at the bottom of the Index creates a report of the contents of the index that is printable. Is that what you want?
