How can I replace "suffix title" with "prefix title" or vice versa?

How can I replace "suffix title" with "prefix title" or vice versa?
Click on the person's name to open the Edit Person Window. At the top you will see Prefix Title and a Suffix Title boxes. Move the title from one box to the other.
