How to hide Mid name on chart

I like to print chart with only the first name and name. How to hide (delete) Mid name on chart?

If you have a middle name field, just go to the layouts menu in the charts panel and uncheck the middle name field in the define layouts window. If you have the middle names in the first name field, I don’t think there’s any automatic way to do want you want.

Thank you, but I don't find in the preferences the way to have a "First Name" field and a separate "Mid Name" field in the family view editing window.
