I often experiment when using the report function trying to get certain features in a report that I want. I notice that every time I do this the report automatically saves so I will have four or five accumulated that I need to go back and delete. Is there a way of turning off the autosave until I end up with the report that I really want?

Re: Reports autosave
The report needs to be saved to disk in order to be built.
I often do the same thing: make several iterations of a report until it's fine-tuned to exactly the presentation I desire. In fact, I'll typically give each one a name that reminds me of the font, or whatever element I'm experimenting with -- to help me remember what's what.
Then I open the Reports folder (in the Finder) and discard the unwanted renditions.Frank Leister
