    Spouse order in reports

Obviously a setting I'm overlooking, but when I print either a person report, or a book report (those are the only reports I've tried to date), spouses print out of order. Spouse #2 and children are listed before spouse #1. Where do I change this setting?

I believe that they go into reports in the order that they are in on the family card. Use the down pointing red pointer. (Only red if there are multiple spouses.) Choose Spouses & Children then Edit Spouses. In the resulting dialog box, you can get the spouses into the correct order by clicking the Sort button. You can also choose your "preferred" spouse here.

Got it, thanks Bob! Although the preferred spouse setting does not work for me, despite being checked, it opens to spouse #1

Don't know if this additional tip will help. You can also re-order the spouses by dragging lines up or down manually.

          That's how I did it.
