How do I "mark" my ancestors

I want to create a GEDCOM export of just my direct ancestors. This has to be easy. But I'm not finding it. To be more explicit, just my parents, grandparents, gg on up. No aunts or uncles or cousins.

How do I find/mark the right people?

With you showing,

Click the check mark in the left-hand-side Nav bar (this will open the center panel to "Mark Groups")

Set: Action :Mark
15 (or up to 99) Generations
Who: Ancestors
of: P Farrell
✓ Unmark everybody first
✓ Mark source person
make sure the other boxes are not clicked.

Hit: Mark

Then export a GEDCOM (or FamilyFile) of marked people only.
