Trying to send GEDCOM with my wife's uncle as designated person to match a DNA test recently submitted. Go to Relatives-change designated person to her Uncle and mark all. Export to Ancestry.com. For the third time, when family tree is opened on Ancestry, my wife is the designated person- not her uncle. Even tho, Ancestry is showing the uncle.
What am I doing wrong? I did the exact same thing two weeks ago for her Mother and had no problems.

I don't think it matters who is the designated person in Reunion, you can assign the DNA test to anyone in that tree. I have both myself and my brother's tests assigned to our respective persona in the same tree. You just have to make sure you haven't privatized the tree such that you can't tell who you are in it once you are on Ancestry.
