I have been using Reunion since 2002 and have really enjoyed it. Not being a very smart individual when using computers, Reunion makes it so dang easy.
I finally made the decision to install OSX although I knew it was going to require me to purchase new programs. Got it up and running and used it a little, but was very relucting to switch over the Reunion, but I did. I ordered a upgrade CD from Reunion, and the next day I received a note from Deb Stuller (sales at Reunion), telling me that I did not need an upgrade, that the current CD had OSX.
Well of course I had to disagree with Deb because I had tried to install it and could not access my family file. After numerous e mails from Deb leading me through the process, I am now able to work the family file with OSX and did not have to purchase anything. Also, I did not have to reenter all of the data which I had a panic attack over when I could not open the file in OSX. But, of course Deb put me at ease, and told me not to worry, that they (Reunion) was going to get my files working.

The last hang up was that I used a flash card to transfer the family file from OS9.2.2 to OSX, which I was unable to open with OSX. Deb came to my rescue once again, provided me with a link about transferring files. And I found out that I had been using my flash card for over a year and it was not MAC formatted. I did that step and the file is working
So thank you Reunion, for your support and the very friendly staff, I really enjoyed Deb last remark to me, that We (Reunion) will get your file working, so don't worry.

I couldn't agree more! This software is the easiest I have personally used. How Leister Productions have acheived such a user-friendly and powerful program beats me! Maybe 'Reunion 9' is on the cards, who knows. I bet it will be a very long time before they improve on what is already a beautifully working Genealogy program. No doubt I will get a copy! I have at present around 80+ people logged into the program and putting new members of the family is easy, going up and down the family tree. Many thanks Reunion. I will be using your software for a long time to come!

Part because Frank has such a good and devoted staff and part because he has lots of long time followers and part because there has been full participation communication between Leister staff and users for a long time! Three cheers!

I remember skipping a version because the current one did all I needed!

I've always been impressed with the personal service from Leister. They really look after their users.

I remember saying that about Reunion 6 ! How long ago was that?!! I have only found out about 'Reunion 8' this year. I became an Apple user in December last year, leaving behind an exclusive PC background. It was a big decision for me to make, despite my friend Eric who had been persuading me for decades to do the swap. I know this much, I wish I had swapped over years ago!

Can't fault that! There are not many companies today with that sort of quality set up. If every business ran like that, the world would be a more tolerable place to live in! If I was a gambling man, I would bet my last pound (£) that Frank takes great care of his staff, earning the respect and admiration of both the customers and staff alike.

How long ago was that?Reunion 6 was released 1998. But I started with Reunion 2 in 1991 - the only program I am still using from then!
